Rollo Wireless vs Rollo USB
The decision starts with where your shipping label lives. If it is usually on your phone, a computer-only printer creates an extra step. If you always work at the same computer, wireless may solve a problem you do not have.
Rollo Wireless X1040
Choose the Wireless shortlist if printing from iPhone/iPad or a shared Wi-Fi position is important.
Rollo USB X1038
Choose the USB shortlist if one Mac or Windows computer is your shipping station and direct mobile printing is unnecessary.
On a narrow screen, scroll the table sideways. Keyboard users can focus it and use the arrow keys.

Start with the print route, not the word wireless.
The X1040 supports AirPrint over Wi-Fi. Bluetooth can be involved in setup, but is not a general Bluetooth print connection. Its USB fallback is for computers, not phones or tablets.
The X1038 depends on a connected computer and the applicable driver. Buying an adapter does not establish a supported direct phone workflow.
Compare like-for-like purchase options.
Get current quotes for new, printer-only units or comparable starter bundles. Count included labels and any necessary holder separately. Do not compare a refurbished USB deal with a new wireless bundle and call the difference a wireless premium.
Keep postage software costs separate from hardware and label consumption. A printer’s advertised shipping-service discount does not make its physical labels cheaper.
What to verify before choosing.
Download one actual label PDF from the service you use. Check that it can be exported as 4 × 6, and verify the documented printing route on your exact device.
For a Windows ARM computer, check the current driver limitations before buying. For Android, check the wireless route’s label-size restrictions rather than assuming full desktop behavior.
Before you decide.
Does the Rollo USB print directly from an iPhone?
The verified X1038 route requires a Mac or Windows computer. It is not a direct iPhone print option.
Is the X1040 a Bluetooth printer?
Its print interfaces are Wi-Fi/AirPrint and computer USB fallback. Bluetooth used during setup is not evidence of ordinary Bluetooth label printing.
Which has the lower total cost?
Compare current quotes and equivalent accessories. We do not have a verified current offer set that establishes a total-cost winner.
