Rollo The wireless route
Rollo Wireless X1040
Wi-Fi and AirPrint for a shipping desk that is not tied to one computer.
An iPhone-compatible printer can mean two very different things: print from the ordinary AirPrint dialog, or import the label into a manufacturer app. Pick the experience you want before comparing prices.
AirPrint uses a supported network print route. Bluetooth may connect a printer to an app or help configure Wi-Fi; its presence does not prove that the ordinary iPhone Print dialog will work.
Rollo X1040 and the selected MUNBYN RW401AP have documented AirPrint routes. RW403B uses MUNBYN Print through Bluetooth. These are shortlist categories, not a setup-speed ranking.
Check where the shipping label opens: a browser, a downloaded file or a marketplace app. Verify that you can export or open it using the supported print route.
Use an actual 4 × 6 PDF to confirm size, rotation and scaling. Do not stretch a barcode to make an incorrectly sized page fill the label.
A phone on a guest network may not discover a printer on another network. Before ordering, check whether your desk has a compatible network and whether you can change the required settings.
USB fallback on a wireless printer is not a promised phone workaround. Check the documented computer route separately.
MUNBYN publishes route-specific paper-format limitations for RW401AP. Do not translate its total media-width range into guaranteed support in every mobile dialog.
If your labels are not standard shipping labels, confirm the exact app, format and device combination before choosing. Unknown support is not a positive match in our finder.

MUNBYN The AirPrint alternative
The selected 300-dpi US version combines Wi-Fi/AirPrint with computer USB fallback.
MUNBYN The app-based starter
Bluetooth and USB, with mobile printing through the MUNBYN app rather than AirPrint.
Only if the native network print experience is your requirement. An app-based Bluetooth workflow may also work, but adds a different step.
No supported route can be inferred from an adapter. Use manufacturer documentation for the exact printer.
